We design beautiful, relevant homes to cater for their needs and lifestyles, we help them with their fit-out specification and ensure these tie into their budgetary requirements, and we work with a series of builders to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget by offering a project management service.

Once the design is delivered, we work with our builders to deliver a price that sits within your budget.
Specification
Once budgets have been established within the price of your home, we work with you to fit your home out.
Builders/Developers
As well as being a Design Service to private clients, we also offer our value proposition to Builders/Developers by rolling out Branded Collections or working with their clients to deliver beautiful design.
Project Management
Should you wish to have us involved through this delivery process, we also provide a project management service.
Elevation
Should you already have your home pre-designed, but you need help with executing a beautiful elevation to reflect a particular style, we are the elevation experts. We are able to help you.
Why Rezidence?
We felt it relevant and necessary to bring back the human aspect to building a home. We felt that the last few years corporatization has perhaps put profits ahead of clients and clients have ultimately become a number in a list of processes. Building a home is a huge undertaking and we believe that an empathetic process is a gentler and more thoughtful way to deliver a home than an apathetic one. Ultimately our processes are customised, not corporatized.
We also love the diverse nature that every client story has to offer and we feel that its this that creates the inspiration for beautiful design that needs to be celebrated. We are professionals in our field on a journey to shake things up a bit in Perth as it is clear that Design is losing its way to a cookie-cutter aesthetic. Our diversity in cultures within Australia does not fit within a cookie-cutter mindset.
